Is this real?
I've been so manically plugging away at getting my Etsy up (!!!), that I've not had the chance to share some INCREDIBLY AWESOME news with you here. So many wonderful things are happening for me in this period that I am beside myself more often than not; literally, I feel like I'm having out-of-body experiences almost daily. What joy!
Anyway, you read correctly: brick & mortar. Meaning: select SOFT GOLD pieces are out there in the world, having found a (temporary, I hope!) home in a wonderful boutique in historic Boalsburg, PA. Namely, Contempo Artisan Boutique, owned by fellow artisan jeweler and all-around delightful spirit, Staci Egan.
Last Thursday, Staci held a Grand Opening Event (rightly capitalized, as it really was Grand), and I was so happy that I (and my jewelry!) was there to celebrate. My line has joined the ranks of work by some truly incredible artisans, and it was brilliant to meet some of them, and to mingle, and to just generally be a shiny, happy, part of it all.
Be sure to check out Contempo's website, or visit in person at 109 S Church St, Boalsburg, PA. There's a lovingly curated, varied selection of handcrafted goods, and a delightful, fresh atmosphere (which unfortunately these botched photos couldn't capture!)
Many thanks to Staci. I think I have a new business mentor. YAY.
More soon!
Xo, Dianna

NOT awesome photos of me, posing at the Contempo opening, made to look vintag-ey because, frankly, they were awful. I didn't know my camera had a "take grainy lo-res photo" option. Weirdest thing ever. I'm pretty sure my sis won't quit her day job. Phew. =)
